Although we only build custom frames, all of our projects go through a similar process from initial contact to frame delivery.

This process can be divided into four main segments: Design, Fabricate, Paint, and Assembly.

During the design phase, we will learn about you and how you would like your bicycle to fit, perform, and look. Aside from what type of bike (road, track, city, etc.) you want, we also need to know how you intend to use your bicycle. A racer needs a different "road bike" than someone who is riding centuries for fun.

During the fabrication phase, we will do the actual metal cutting, brazing, and polishing required to build your bicycle. We will keep you up to date on progress by sending pictures as we go.

Paint is the most exciting part for many of our customers. We exclusively use House of Kolor liquid paint (not powdercoating) to produce a rich, deep finish.

Once the paint is completed the frame is assembled. What emerges is a sum that is definitely greater than its parts...
