Hand carved lugs and old-world British details combine to create a single-speed commuter bike like no other. Other details include a fillet brazed stem and hand painted pinstriping
For components we used Paul long-reach brakes, Phil Wood hubs and bottom bracket shell, and Campagnolo crankset and brake levers to ensure years of trouble-free riding in even the harshest environments.
A functional urban bicycle that also maintains a clean aesthetic. Extensive internal cable routing combined with a custom rack and chain guard decreases visual clutter. Upon closer inspection reveals details like unique lug carving, hand-painted pinstripes, and stainless logos.
The beautiful design also delivers on functionality by including a low bottom bracket for easy stepover, curved seatstays to soften potholes, and relaxed riding position. Fenders, disc brakes, generator-powered lighting, and an internally geared hub to keep the rider pedaling happily though wet Oregon winters.
A classicly appointed, all-rounder bicycle with integrated fenders and long reach brakes. The Rene Singer lugs and a Pacenti twin-plate fork crown provide the foundational underpinning for the frame while the Columbus Life and Zona tubing add strength in the right areas while providing comfort for longer rides.
The Sram Force components and hand-built wheels create an understated feel that highlights the metallic House of Kolor paint and custom box-striping.
Built for a client in NYC, this bike features a custom stem with internal brake cable, painted fenders and Columbus SFL tubing all integrated into a singular package and a single-speed.
Sweeping handlebars provide an upright position lending comfort to the design so required for city riding (particularly in New York City). Hand-built wheels with Mavic Open Pro rims and Phil Wood hubs along with other components like Paul brakes, Brooks saddle, and White Industries hubs create a special bike for many, many miles in the city.
